Students have been learning about the power of “live”, uncooked foods and have finally gotten the opportunity to create some delicious raw food dishes. In just one class, we made raw pasta – out of zucchini, raw marinara sauce, delicious smoothies, and…. chocolate pudding – made out of avocados!!!
By the end of class, there was no food left over! We ate it all up!
