MedDocs – The fall session will run Thursdays 4:00-5:30 from September 28th to November 16 at Mount Sinai Hospital, and the curriculum will focus on the cardiovascular system. High school students will be taught by 2 medical students and will have the opportunity to dissect a sheep’s heart, see a human heart, and attend cardiology simulator sessions!

First Generation Scholars’ (FGS) Fall Mentorship Program (flyer attached) – The purpose of the program is to provide high school students with mentorship and assistance with their personal statements and college applications over a 9-week period. At the end of the program, students will submit their essays to the FGS leadership, and the best essays will win $$$. The Fall mentorship program is run by PhD and medical students, and it will begin September 28th and end November 15th.
